In 1992, Mr. Dharampal Sharma restablished Sharma Engineering Works Delhi, to mark the group's foray beyond moulds and into producing the end product. An ISO 9001 certified company, Sharma Engg brings to the table, a legacy of experience in product research and innovation. It traces its origins to a pioneering spirit that fosters a climate of ingenuity and constant improvement, marking the group's foray from making tools and trading Cutlery Items into the actual manufacture of Mixer, Grinder Food Processor Blade and Jar Shaft.

We analyse past product development processes. The results have enabled us to effectively upgrade product appearance and functioning, by constantly enhancing our design, and upgrading manufacturing processes.

Spanning across an area of 21000 sq.ft in Bhiwadi, and a manpower of 80, our state-of-the-art production facility boasts of an installed capacity of more than 12,00,000 Lakh Blades and 8,00,000 Shaft / month, enabling us to cater to customised demands in high volume of Blades and Shaft .We have a total of 30 Power Press Machine (10-15 Tonne) and 12 Power Press (20-30 Tonne) and 10 Hydraulic Press (20 Tonne) and Automated Plant for Shaft Manufacturing.

About Our Warehouse

In 2023 warehouse is opened in the Silvassa to cater the West India Customer, With the help of trained staff in our warehouse regular inspection of material is done and only products meeting the customer standards are dispatched. Ensuring the security of stored goods is paramount.

Our Godowns is equipped with security measures such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access controls to prevent theft and damage.Our well-organized godown helps in streamlining the supply chain, reducing lead times, and improving overall efficiency.

When we talk of precision, we truly mean precision Die/Tools for Blades and Shaft Manufacturing. Sharma Engineering Works Tool Room (Swastik Engineering Works) was established in 2020 to manufacture precision die/tools.

At Swastik, our R&D team of 10 Peoples helps us to consistently upgrade product appearance and functioning through constant enhancement of the design manufacturing processes; thereby offering a one point design, manufacturing and consultancy service to our esteemed clientele.
